Sometimes I wondered if she really cared. It seemed like since she found out about my scars, she had started distancing herself more from me. Each of my cuts and scars represented a point in my life. They each had a story. Self-harm was inevitable. It was my life, and I was living it the way I wanted to. They didn't even know. They've never been where I was... -Avery's POV

A poem that I wrote, about recent "goings on"

"Hey Guys!" He said, with a friendly smile. I waved hi, and looked at the kid standing next to him. "Oh! Right. This is my son, Colten." I waved at him. "Hi, my names Catana." I greeted him. "Catana? As in, like the sword Katana?" He asked, spark in his eyes. I shook my head. "It's spelled with a 'C' not a 'K'." I said, correcting him. He just nodded. I looked at my dad. "Hey Dad. What's the special thing?" He laughed. ~He's the 'special' thing? Is my dad crazy? He's just a kid like me. Nothing special about him.~ I smiled, not trying to be rude. Colten smiled back.

Lisa went blind a few years back. Every since then she needed someone to be with her at all times. School was the hardest. Until she found a doctor that changes her life forever.

When people love us, they expect from us, and we love them, so we expect from them, and the cycle of expectations goes on. And to live upto someone's expectations is something that makes us vulnerable to every pain they tend to inflict upon us because that's what we have decided to do! To live upto the expectations mean, we have to be as they want us to be even if we have to leave ourselves behind! our dreams behind! On one hand love gives us strength to go through any tough situation and keep up knowing that there is love backing us, and we won't fall. while on the other hand, love makes us weak enough to be anxious of doing anything that they won't like. Should love be a weakness or a strength? Is it necessary to leave ourselves behind just to meet someone's expectations? What if we stop thinking about everyone and for once do everything that we love, will our heart allow us? or are we just good enough for the world?

Hi I'm Quinn, and yes its cliche to introduce my name pero hindi ang buhay ko. Buhay na kahit kailan ay hindi papangarapin ng karamihan dahil sa mga trahedya,problema at kasinungalingan na aking naranasan. Paano pa kaya kung ikaw na ang nasa sapatos ko? Kakayanin mo pa ba kayang maging matatag para sa mga mahal mo? O hayaan nalang na tuluyang masira ang buhay mo? Pumili ka ng isa at magbilang hanggang sa mawalan ka ng hininga.

Ok, well just to start off, poetry isn't really my thing, but I decided to give it a try. These are my poems, I came up with them after being inspired by either events that have happened in my life, music, etc. Hope you guys like them and feel free to comment on them. :)

Cheerful, loud and bubbly, that was Helena. Now she's changed completely after she was left alone with no friends and a family. She feels as if her life doesn't even have any sort of hope anymore. Dreading for a change, she makes a decision. One that changes her fate permanently and there isn't an option to turn back. A stupid decision as of what everyone might call but a solution to her. She makes it but he stops her. Can he change her mind? But most importantly can she give her life just one last decent shot?

We all encounter trials, whether they be emotional, physical, mental, or spiritual. I understand that they can be negative and leave you feeling exhausted, irritable, and eager for them to end. In times like these, you may not know what to do or who to turn to. You may feel like you'll be judged, but remember that you're not alone. This book can be beneficial in this situation. The positive nuggets in this book will help bring you out of your dark place and keep you moving forward in life.

This is a short journal about losing a loved one (ones) and it comes with lyrics and it written by myself. I hope someone gets console, death also part of human life so we have to accept and be good to human beings.
