Body positivity How often have you been told to loose weight? I guess, many a times. What pains me the most is how people think their suggestion on my body would create wonders overnight. People say you are so pretty "but" loose weight and you would be even better looking then. How is beauty defined by the waist size ? I believe all those people who comment on others body are hollow from within. Demeaning others, commenting on someone else's body just make them feel better about themselves.

The words I Should have said but never did, The words that Almost used Oxygen This story/Collection of poems is a lot of things, things I'd wish I said, A journey of love if I can even call it that, Heartbreak, learning it's okay to be alone. The journey of discovering how to feel again after depression. Just things life throws at you well me that I never thought id experience like living through a pandemic.

This poem is about being alone having nobody going with you through the things your going through. As life goes on your still alone and with nobody to hold your hand. You end up questioning your existence. The trauma and the pain ends up catching up to your mind. You then realize you were alone and couldn't escape the pain from the start no matter how hard you tried, because your alone.
