Elizabeth hasn't been happy ever since her mother died, one year ago. Although she's tried to move on, things keep reminding her of her mom. So as a last effort to get his daughter out and living life again, Elizabeth's dad decides to send her to live with his best friend in British Columbia for a semester or two. His friend has kids the same age as Elizabeth. Elizabeth reluctantly agrees, knowing that it'll be an adventure at the very least. Unfortunately, she didn't realize just how fast things would change. Living with three teens about the same age as yourself is a very...eventful...situation. Especially when one of them is a total jackass and player, in her opinion. Leo is just so infuriating, in every way. Sometimes, though, change -in any shape or form-is the only thing that can take the place of what's missing. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ P.S. this book is based on something that nearly happened to me, so it'll be pretty realistic :)
