How far can a 17-year-old girl go to be with the boy of her dreams? Or to be the most popular girl in school? In Eden Brightwell's case, maybe too far.
She caused a stir the day she showed up at Beverly Hills High, pretty, spirited, and above all rich. She loves fashionable clothes, jewelry, the color pink, and Taylor Swift's music. She just moved to town from Vegas with her aunt and uncle, guardians who can afford a $20 million mansion. Everyone wanted to know her, but she zeroed in on two of her classmates: handsome, shy loner Bryce Tableporter (the son of Hollywood royalty) and statuesque model/athlete Nova Fairchild. And it was going so well: Bryce and Eden fell in love, Nova and Eden became the best of friends. But charming exchange student Lalo Medeiros is the earthquake that splits open Eden's dream world, when he tries to claim her for himself.
There's just one thing: who is Eden? She doesn't talk much about her past. Her uncle Russ seems to have some shady business dealings going on. And everything about her just seems too perfect.
But a shocking crime will be the push that causes the carefully-placed dominoes of Eden's life to topple over, revealing a dark truth no one could have suspected.
With equal parts romance, humor, mystery and thriller, Eden's story is one you won't be able to forget (think Beverly Hills 90210 meets Parasite, with a pinch of Hitchcock).
