I thought of sharing poems with my readers that I started writing mainly for the birthdays of my friends and family, but now I'm writing everything and more, for anyone. I hope you like them and make you passionate!

"If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it's yours. If not, it was never meant to be" Chelsie wakes up on her 30th birthday and realizes life is a dream. She has everything she's always imagined, until she wakes up and realizes it's actually just a dream. When reality sinks in that she's stuck in a job she hates, single, going through the motions, and letting her life happen to her - she feels defeated until she meets a glimmer of hope, and his name is Luke. He comes into her life at exactly the right time, and completely changes everything. It's like all her prayers have been answered, until it all gets turned upside down when her past comes back and brings her first love Ryan Shaffer back into the picture. Thinking she'd never see him again she's forced to confront her past and make the biggest decision of her life. This is a story about growing up, finding yourself, and living life on your own terms.

Let the words paint a picture in your mind. These poems will be a journey for the senses, a tapestry woven with different genres in it from love to separation, from motivation to relaxation, from wilderness to calmness, from sorrow to happiness. Let's enjoy the journey together, the rollercoaster of life by spreading happiness and togetherness all around.

A reflective writing based on my personal experience of being torn between my Catholic faith and my identity as a lesbian. Just wanted to vent my frustrations of being caught in this struggle to whoever reads this :)

Here's something that we must address: Wattpad needs more melanin. Ever since a young, middle school, age; drooling over the British boys of one direction and dreaming for the day I meet them, I'd read stories here on Wattpad, hoping to fill this deep desire with the imagination of others. However, I could never actually relate to anything these stories would say. Things like how Liam "grazed his fingertips over her blonde, straight, hair," or, "he looks at her ocean blue eyes filled with wonder." It was always Claire, a skinny girl with light colored eyes that always seemed to resemble something bright and eccentric. Perfect was her middle name and flaws? There were none. Let's face it: we're white washing everything in our books, and, well, we need a little 'pop' of color. So after reading 4 different Character Idea books-all in which included beautiful people of Caucasian backgrounds, I decided to make a Character Idea book of my own: Melanin Edition. I'm not exactly saying that having characters of the white descent is a bad thing, but it's also not bad to add a bit more melanin. So with that said, here's to all the Asians, Hispanics, African Americans, Indians, Native Americans, even those who are a mix of one of these and more; of all shapes and sizes, sexual orientations, and backgrounds; Imperfections, and flaws, with more juice to love-this is all for you. "Stop." TJ shook his head vehemently, his hand outstretched as if to stop anyone from approaching. "You lied to me. You all lied to me. I have been dragged away from my home - no, from my planet! I've been attacked, mauled, and almost died twice, and you have the audacity to suggest I trust you?! Bullcrap." Terüni raised an eyebrow, trying to keep her temper under control. "Bullcrap? Really? You think it's so terrible to be the heir to the throne, but what about the actions of your ancestors? You left us, you took scores of races with you, and because of you, our whole way of living collapsed! Trade, economy, the ruling system, all tipped upside down when you stupid humans decided to pack your bags and find another planet - and it might've happened a long, long time ago, but the effects of your treachery still linger to this day. So don't you dare speak of bullcrap, when all your race has brought us is suffering. The least you can do is accept your place as King and try to fix your ancestors' mistakes." Silence reigned through the camp as the warriors stared at Terüni in wide-eyed disbelief. TJ, his golden-brown hair falling over his forehead, had quiet fury written across his features as he glared at the Elf.
