It had been four years since the fight with Fyodor, Yokohama was finally looking like home again. Buildings were being rebuilt, businesses were able to reopen, people overall seemed more calmer now. Jade Marie, an executive in the port mafia, wasn't doing so hot however. Ever since the chaos Fyodor has created, the agency and the mafia had been in shambles trying to get things put back together.
