Knowingly, unknowingly, they've crossed paths time and again and all Captain Ri and Se-ri can do is wait- wait, till he finds her again. After finally finding the reincarnation of the love of her life, Son Eon Jin needs to earn her freedom from being Fate's servant so they can be together in his current lifetime. Author's Notes: This is a fanfiction featuring Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin. I used their true names - Kim Tae Pyung and Son Eon Jin - as these sound more fitting to the story. Since Son Ye Jin didn't really like sageuk roles because of the hassle of wearing wigs (teehee!), this was my way of imagining her in a historical fiction/fantasy. Of course, Hyun Bin would be there not as her knight-in-shining armor, but the one who will be her partner-in-crime and nemesis in one.

To Son Ye Jin, her job was her highest priority, her passion and her love at the expense of love itself. Because unlike a man, it was constant, long-lasting and was always there for her to return to. But what started as one innocent drink one night, ended with an intoxication for a man that she never imagined falling for.
