When my best friend - maybe more - is murdered, I have no choice but to ask why; especially when I get framed for the crime. But as I look deeper, searching through conspiracies and hunting for answers, I find that the way that we live isn't right. Not only are there people with more control than ever before, but there are also people who are suffering from mistakes or choices that are inconsequential in the progression of humankind. I need to find out why. And I need to know soon. ~ They have one rule: Nature comes first. It's funny how the ones who seem the bravest are also the ones who are in the most pain. Sawyer is a 29 year old military veteran who suffers from his past. He fought so hard, but has been through so much. He's seen his brother die in battle, innocent people killed before his eyes and so many tragedies that he doesn't know what he's going to do with himself. Also not to mention, he moved down to the Keys and completely hates it. Serenity is a sarcastic, sweet-hearted, 27 year old, marine biologist. She has lived by the sea all her of life and grew up with hearing names like Cetorhinus maximus and Scyphozoa just to describe a shark and a jellyfish. She believes a little bit of water, even if it's sea water or lake water does everyone a little bit of good, but Sawyer doesn't believe that's the case. Could Serenity convince him that the sea life isn't as bad as it seems? Could Sawyer move on from past? Is Serenity the one thing that Sawyer needs to help him through his rough patches? One thing is for certain though, the Sparkling Blue isn't for everyone, but it allows for unsuspecting things to happen.

A place where she gets free range to explore, document, and report the findings of site 27-43. Otherwise known as the Mushroom Forest. What seems to be beautiful and mysterious turns out to be just that. Where Elain is the first explorer to make contact with humanoid aliens. Though are they really the aliens when she is on their planet? Her only company on this journey is young Milo Zephyr, who is still in his training wheels, and Selcouth, a companion she encounters soon after their arrival. Well, them and the strange feeling that they are being watched. On another side of the spectrum, the older sister (Enya) of her infant brother (Kenton) are looking for a way to survive up in the station effectively named Head Quarters. Her with an assistant's job to keep everything in order on the ship. Then, with no explanation, there was a sudden blaring siren and flashing red lights. A guard she knew, who was a few years older than her, marches them straight to an escape pod that. Sending them to a planet they've never known before. The three of them landed on completely unexplored territory of this planet and it didn't take long for Enya to stumble into a nine-foot monster of a creature. Or, rather, it stumbled into her.

His eyes bore into me and my heartbeat quickened. “You better answer your phone the next time” he warned. My mouth went dry and my voice seemed to have disappeared. I simply nodded, not taking my eyes off him. His face inched closer and closer.

A short story I wrote (if it can be called a short story..)! First one I've written and finished actually.. Basically about remembering people when they die or something.. :)

You and Richard first met when you came to his book signing event. Being both a follower of Jesus & Muhammad, being his fan wasn't easy. But you stayed true to yourself, it was clear as day that he captivated your heart. He, too, got lured by your beauty. His eyes were on you at all times. Even when he was signing your favourite book of his, "The God Delusion". Will two people so different from each other be able to get together? What awaits you and him in the future?

The story centers around an indigenous woman who lives in a jaguar reserve with her tribe, and the greed-obsessed man who has purchased thousands of acres of land within in the hopes of building a huge resort, residential homes, and touristy stores. This will destroy habitat for many beautiful and rare species, and ruin the lives of the tribe within and the local people in nearby villages. So this means the characters in the story are very diverse. There's the yet-to-be-named indigenous woman, two biologists (who are a married couple), the rasta, the surfers, the bush doctor, and of course, the German developer who wants to turn this beautiful land into a money-making venture. How will everyone keep this man from destroying the jaguar's home?

Something new and dangerous is stalking the swamps of Louisiana, destroying traplines and stealing equipment. The locals are up in arms after a boy and his father are nearly killed by what they claim to be a swamp monster. But is this creature truly a monster? ************** Okay, so I suck at descriptions. The story is about a naga in the swamps of Louisiana and a biologist who was sent to find him. I reserve all rights to the story and characters as my own personal works.
