In 2815, a catastrophic eruption of Mount Krakoa occurred, 1000 years after the first eruption of the same scale. It's truly an ideal place to salvage for the thieves. Unlike other regions, Majantara did not suffer heavily from the Wrath. Despite being the closest to Mount Krakoa, there were no casualties, minimum geographical changes, no anomalies, and no calamities. Anyone could travel there with ease. And this, included a bunch of thieves trying to enter as well. Yet, of all numerous attempts of trying to steal something from there, not a single thief had ever succeeded entering the archipelago. It was all thanks to the strong and admirable Guardians of Majantara, making sure that the archipelago stayed safe for as long as they have existed.
