The story was special. The legend was powerful. There were moments or story lines I desperately wished for, and moments that at times seemed small but were so important to discover and delve into. This is a book of these moments that I wanted to explore with you all. I hope you will join me on that journey.

This awesome fantasy art shows a fire phoenix, like, totally rising up from a dark background. The bird's wings are spread out, and each feather is super bright with fiery red, orange, and gold - kinda like it's made of flames. Little bits of burning stuff fly around it, which really gives you a sense of movement, rebirth, and just raw energy. There are even some light blue spots behind it, which make the fiery colors pop even more. This design would be great on an iPhone case, turning your phone into something that really stands out. Since werewolves had a hard time finding there mates given all the packs in the world they would have to go through, not counting the rogues. This lead the moon goddess to create the guide. A creature that would help the werewolves on the quest for love. One only comes around every ten thousand years. Which makes it a legend. Being the guide means leading others on the path of love. While given this opportunity to help others you can't have it.

I'm not the first one to write about speculative zoology, I was inspired by many books and tv shows which introduced the idea to me. Those which helped me the most with this project were H.G. Wells' Time Machine and Dougal Dixon's After Man. As well, I should mention the documentary style tv episodes The Future is Wild. With all these sources I was able to finally come up with my own story: Fifty Million Years from Now.
