My name is Mai Young. I am a werewolf and a member of the Danver's pack. I was bitten while I was on one of my storm chases. I didn't know about the pack until a mutt told me. I wasn't scared until I met Elena and Clay. they were sent to hunt me down and take me back to their alpha Jeremy Danvers. I went along with them to show them I don't want trouble but the moment Jeremy, my world changed. They told me that women don't survive the change and that me and Elena are the future of werewolves. Jeremy asked me to join their pack and I said yes. I'm not a fighter but I will do what I can to be useful to the pack but everyone in the pack knows I'm useless and that I don't have a back bone in my body. I learn new ways about our kind and powers that not even the oldest werewolves knew about. Then I started to have feelings for Jeremy Danvers, I can't let him find out about my feelings. There was an incident and I screwed up, I got punishment for it and I felt hurt that they would do this to me so I left the pack to go start my career as a meteorologist but then Jeremy calls me back to Bear valley to deal with a mutt who murdered a girl and things start to get serious.
