Metahuman Jennifer Pierce found herself in love with Khalil Payne, except it seemed that fate did not want them together. Khalil was paralyzed by a bullet, which caused an evil man named Tobias Whale to form a deal with the striving track star. A robotic spinal implant was placed in his back so that he could walk again. Khalil soon became a runner for Tobias' mob, but was not repaid with gratitude. Tobias ripped out Khalil's robotic spine and he died a painful death-or so we thought. In reality, Payne was taken by a government agency called the ASA to become a weapon. They saved him, trained him, and implanted a brain chip that controlled his mind to the point that he killed his own mother with zero remorse. Khalil's alter ego, Painkiller, was a ruthless and twisted part of himself that was hidden but desperately needed for Khalil to survive. Painkiller was tasked to kill the Pierce family, however, Jennifer had powers of her own to keep everyone safe as her father was a direct relative of the first metahuman, causing her and her family's electric powers to be stable. Now, Khalil was brought back by TC, another metahuman whose abilities let him talk with machines. However, Khalil has several mental battles with Painkiller, which cause Jennifer to say she can no longer love him for who he is because he's become a weapon. He leaves in search of his true self, but what really will happen between Jennifer and Khalil with Freeland falling apart as a result of Tobias' return and destruction? This fanfiction is based on season 3 of Black Lightning, so I suggest you watch that before reading the spoilers in this story. Content is based on the Black Lightning Comic Book & TV show. None of the characters are mine, don't sue me pls.

By personal decision, I made a one shot book! This mostly will be about Robins I, II, and IV (Dick, Jason, and Damian), since I don't know that much about Tim, but if people request him I'll do my research for ya! Some of these will include Blackbird/Thyme Grayson-Isley, my main OC. If you don't know about Thyme, you can check out my other book Blackbird. There also may or may not be a lot of BirdFlash..... A short story in which a young college student discovers a guitar belonging to her deceased father and the strange yet emotional encounter that follows.

Dick Grayson. Robin. An only child adopted by the billionaire Bruce Wayne. Batman. But what if Dick wasn't exactly an only child? Yes, he was born an only child, but when a little girl at the age of 3 was left unconscious at Haly's circus, it just so happened to be the Grayson's and their own 3 year old that took that little girl in. All that she had was a note lying on her. Assumable from her original parents. It read: "Please take care of my baby girl, her name is Thyme Aconitum and then whatever last name you give her. She isn't safe with me and I can think of no better place for her to be. She isn't like normal humans, but she shouldn't have any powers until later on in her life. Please, I beg of you, take in my baby girl and don't send her to an orphanage. She needs to be on the move at all times, and with the tours you do, this is the best place for her. Thank you very much." So, the crew took the little one in and she became the fourth Flying Grayson after some training with her brother Dick. And after a while it was made clear that this sweet little girl was indeed a meta, a meta with the power to control time. When Mary and John died and Dick and Thyme went to live with the one and only Batman, Thyme was warned to use her powers only in emergency, and that real power was not in that of the supernatural. She understood and joined the Bat Family. Batman. Robin. Blackbird.

Okay so here's my first official series. I'm going to try and write short stories based of songs I like. Some will probably be quite similar to the story in the song but for songs with less obvious meanings it's going to be more my interpretation of them. nothing fancy for now just for fun really.
