"Carter! Put the gun down!" she screamed. The tears were streaming down my face as I pressed the steel 9 millimeter to my right temple. I'm trapped in a life of evil. Death is the only escape. Journee is a 15 year old girl. She is starting her 2nd year of high school and it will be her first time doing highschool at a physical school. Her freshman year she did homeschooling due to the horrible school system. But insted, her anxiety got worst, she got super depressed, got into a toxic relationship with a boy 5 years older than her. She's hoping that this year will be better in hopes of change.

Kymora is the only one at her school with a different skin color. She is not accepted and even bullied. She always spends breaks alone, she is never selected in groups and always does everything alone. Until 17-year-old Vasco comes to school. he becomes very popular in school and in the classroom. His parents are racist, just like all the people in school. but from the start he can't get Kymora out of his mind. he begins to feel sorry for her and decides to hang out and befriend her. if his friends find out they'll put him in a position to make up his mind, he'll hang out with her and lose all his friends or drop Kymora. What Would Vasco Do? lose all his friends for Kymora?
