Lilly makes it into the agency easily and instantly becomes famous for making the highest score on the entrance test beating Qrow Branwen's score and almost beating raven and Cinder's score who are both the best agents in the agency. Aracel and Hazel instantly take interest in Lilly and her abilities and allow her to join with their agency however things turn upside down when Lilly is paired with Cinder Fall, a mysterious women with a dark past and one of aracel's favorite agents along side Raven Branwen. Cinder doesn't want a partner and has a dark secret herself as to why she always remains alone and never speaks to anyone except for two bosses and to her personal trainer and motherly figure, Raven Branwen. Aracel also has a difficult choice to make as well.
