When Elizabeth becomes sick with a strange illness, the only one who can find the cure is, Captain Jack Sparrow, infamous pirate of the seas, and his crew of the black pearl. Upon consulting Tia Dalma about the cure's whereabouts, Tia informs him that the only one who can help him find the cure is Keelan Sparrow, who apparently knows the cure and how to find it safely. Will Jack tell his crew that Keelan Sparrow is his sister, and just maybe, a better pirate than him? Will Keelan help her brother, or sail away in to the deep ocean?
