Blitzen never expected to find a nearly dead elf with horrible fashion sense passed out in an alley way. He didn't expect to play hide-and-seek with frost giants or give baths to oversized cats. He certainly never expected to become friends with this elf, or possibly something more... All these two wanted to do was find their meaning, what they were living for. Fate had other ideas. ... After Hearthstone and Blitzen's long servitude towards Mimir comes to an abrupt end, they still find themselves in and out of homeless shelters until they can scrounge up enough money to get a place of their own. One night while Blitz is working late in the shop, Hearth finds himself face to face with some disgruntled visitors at the shelter, taking one of his most important assets. Blitz does everything he can to bring his broken elf back to health. (I have been obsessed with the Magnus Chase series recently and have been basking in Blitzstone fluff. I thought I could put my own spin on the characters. I do not own any rights to the characters in this story, and I do not remember the artist of the cover image. Im sorry!! I will post it once I find out.)

So yeah I didn't see much hearthstone fan fiction around here so I think I'll start one on my own. I do support blitzstone but hearth is so adorable it's hard not trying to think about him.
