I'm adapting a healthy lifestyle and exercise is most important part of it. This book is a journal of my journey to meet my hidden abs. I'm doing this with @ForeverSighing Last year, i tried Summer Sculpt challenge but i quit in 3 days due to so much soreness. But this time I have her beside me. We would complete many challenges together. Not only abs but we would be focusing on healthy and strong body. It is rightly said, "Health is wealth."
