Raieetch Ura Stjerneborg Cervantes was called daring not because she never broke, but because she chose to stand even when life pressed its weight against her chest. She believed that even in the darkest corners of life, the distant sparkles above could still cast light upon the rugged world she lived in.
Mahirap ang buhay, pero walang rason para sumuko. She swore she would never give up on life. Strength became her language. She learned how to fight her cruel thoughts alone, and how to keep her tears suspended behind her eyes.
Looking up was her survival.
Even when the world looked down on her, she lifted her gaze higher. She wanted to live freely, 'yung klase ng buhay na kompleto lahat. Sagana. Buhay na may liwanag. Iyon lang ang gusto nyang makuha.
Until she bumped at him.
The moment she collided with Draiveen Oss Zercone Adamson, something in her shifted. Kakaiba. His eyes carried a seriousness wrapped in a gentleness he never dared to name. In his presence, darkness learned how to glow. Pain felt quieter, and her restless heart finally found a place to rest. Sa kanya, may liwanag, kahit na malayo. She believed foolishly, beautifully, that he could save her. Perhaps he always could, if love did not demand a cost.
For a while, life felt almost perfect. Laughters were loud, happiness felt certain, and moments felt eternal. But reality was merciless, and it struck them with a pain too heavy to measure.
Nawasak bigla. She begged and cried. And the more she did, the more life get worse. She never wanted the stars to see her standing alone. Yet they watched as the darkness returned. It swallowed her once more.
Hindi siya pwede. At mas hindi rin talaga siya pwede.
She was late to realized that a star like him was always meant to be the farthest above all. His love was unreachable, and the more she tried to touch his light, the more she realized the truth. Like him, some stars are meant only to be loved from afar.
