Atara Murphy -------- When her life is turned upside down when she's thrown in lockup, and she thinks it's only a matter of time before they float her alongside her brother, she starts to give up. When all of a sudden, they're sending the kids from lockup to test the survivability of the ground. All of a sudden, there might be a little hope, even if she's hesitant to believe it. What about when the only person who's been able to get her riled up and the only person outside of family to make her feel valued is now stuck with her on the ground? Can she look past how he broke her heart to survive down here? Bellamy Blake -------- He only came down to Earth with one goal: to protect his sister. This is just a quick little idea I got from the song Sun is Shining by Bob Marley. I don't know much about Jamaican culture so I hope nothing in here is disrespectful. Most things/dialogue comes directly from the movie just to make sure I'm getting things like the dialect correct. Also, like my Elvis content, this fanfic derives from the biopic and has little correlation to the actual musician nor the actual actor, but rather the character that both come together to create.

Zoe is the average girl, but lacks of self- confidence and esteem. However, on her first day of school when she meets Jake Cortez, her life is turned around and flipped into a world of love, dreams and fantasies. But she knows she and Jake can't be together because of his background, it would cause too much problems. She starts a game.

There are some things that are common to hemispheres, regions, or people (Indians, Chinese, etc.), while there are some things that are common to only a specific country and the people within that country and its diaspora...with my country, its no different... Come with me as we explore my country together Only in Jamaica................ Some of the things that will be said, only Jamaicans or persons with a Jamaican background will understand....I'll try my best to translate for the others as best as I can... Ps. It will be written in Standard English (except for the sayings and those will be translated)...

This book is basically written for 1 reason to be happy, if your ever feeling a bit down read this book, if your going through a rough time, read this book. These quotes have helped me throughout life and hopefully they'll help you:) I love you beautiful monkeys :)

Cubah returns from London to Kingston in the summer of 1988. She meets an ancestor who takes her on a spiritual journey back to Ghana in 1690. The story is written in three main parts which focuses on a journey from Ghana to Jamaica and from Jamaica to the House of Commons, in Westminster, London. She experiences the loves, wars, treaties and many a controversy between the maroons and planters on the island at the time. The story is a meandering tale set in her home town. Cubah meets the overseer and we see her empathise with him as he struggles with his life on the Vineyard. It is a story that celebrates the island of Jamaica in its 50th Anniversary and as well as all the recent olympic successes of Usain Bolt, it is a reminder of great Jamaicans and humble beginnings like Bob Marley and others. If these people interest you and you want to find out what makes them the successes they are and were, then delve into this story and by the end you will discover what makes the island so special. "Bob Marley has died!" I exclaimed. Having switched on the car radio before starting the engine, one of Marley's songs was playing on John Peel's 'BBC Radio One' ten-to-midnight show. I knew immediately what that meant. Peel was a longtime reggae fan, though I had not heard him play a Marley track for years. There was no need to await Peel's voice announcing the sad news. I had read that Marley was ill but had not understood the terminal gravity of his health.

the government created enhanced humans, and years later, decided to stop their testing. now, these enhanced humans are on the run from the government, who wish to lock them back up.

Well this is no ordinary story. About an innocent Jamaican man having troubles with his life but always keeping happy :D And by the way, the cover is of Fala Joe's friend telling the story to an interviewer.
