In a distant age, long before the world knew war, humanity was still few in number. They lived together in a small land, united against mysterious creatures known as the Thymorphai.
As time passed, the human population grew, and resources began to run scarce. Then, several groups of humans, known for their keen minds and wisdom, realized that remaining in their homeland would not be possible forever. They separated from the others and ventured into distant lands in search of places richer in resources.
Each group chose a homeland suited to its needs. One journeyed toward fertile plains and rolling hills, while another settled along the coasts to benefit from the riches of the sea. A third sought refuge in the rugged mountains. Those who remained in their original homeland, however, found themselves living in lands poor in resources.
As generations passed, their settlements grew into fortresses and castles, and the first kingdoms began to emerge.
Soon, each kingdom sought to expand its influence and seize more land and resources. What began as competition gradually turned into conflict, and then into wars between humans wars that would change the face of the world forever.
