Ever since the beginning of the world's existence, a event has always occurred one way or another. But not everyone knows of it, either from arrogance or inaccessibility from their location. So how can you access the world's constant events? From a news reporter, of course! Everyone has heard the town tale about the deadly demon who would kidnap children in the night to sacrifice for the ink machine to work. She sings her song as she morns over her ink sickness. Her name? She is known by the night-howler.But, her name is Y/n. She lives in a cartoon factory with no one but herself. She travels to Toonsville and works as an assassin. But if she shows herself, Y/n will be feared by everyone like the last time she showed herself. But she finds someone who changes her life.

Inkwell Isle had always existed in balance, sustained by the Ink Machine, an ancient mechanism hidden deep within the heart of the Ink Kingdom. As long as it remained operational, ink would flow, characters would exist, and the world itself would remain alive. But everything changes when the pieces responsible for keeping the machine stable are stolen. As the kingdom begins to lose its colors, buildings crumble, creatures descend into madness, and even the King himself finds his powers slowly slipping away. When you start hearing noises and feeling a presence, you start to wonder if the stories and rumours where true.
