Everyone has there own situation and story that caused them this depression, it doesn't mean that two souls can fix each other an form a relationship based on mutual sorrow. Can two broken souls become one and learn to fly?

Seventeen year-old Jade Levinson lives in her own shattered and lonely world where she tends to forget herself. She, above all the people, knows what sadness is because of the wrench inside of her tearing her apart every single second. Since that day which smashed the hope of having a happy life, she refuses to become attached to somebody. But she discovers that she's not the only one who has a heart made of broken pieces. We live in this world where all the bad things happen only to women. Men are considered as "knights in shining armour" and women are considered as "damsels in distress", who needs a man to save her from all the bad's of this world. A man is supposed to be too "macho" in this world. Where he's supposed to act tough and not show his emotions at all times. Which, by the definition of this society, is a sign of a 'true man'. Well, what will happen if it's a guy who's in need of a rescuer? A guy, who's childhood had been robbed mercilessly from him. A guy, who couldn't defend his pride, dignity and honour. A guy, who was overpowered by someone else physically, mentally and emotionally, scarring him for life. Not every bad thing happens to girls alone. Guys suffer too. Which goes unnoticed by many people. At least girls can share their pain with others. But guys? They've this image they have to live up to. They're basically hurting themselves by keeping this to themselves. Cause according to this society, "Guys are supposed to be strong. They shouldn't cry or let their emotions be on loose." This is the story of a guy, basically this time around, it is 'A Knight In Distress'. Where's the damsel when a knight's in distress anyway? ----------------------- A/N: This book deals with Child Sexual Abuse. Based on a true event. Something which happened to a friend of mine. My intention to write this book, is to spread awareness about this sensitive issue. We all know that 'rape' is a common term which is used specifically for girls. But, it does happen to guys too.
