My throat tightened around my fingers as I viciously wiggled them back and forth. My eyes watered as I purged out my pain, ache, and stress I felt daily that had transformed into food. I closed my now puffy eyes, shook the tears out of them as I continued to release my feelings into a small, round toilet I would soon become acquainted with. Inside my mind was a terrible place to be.
