One week on to the biggest case the small town of Broadchurch has ever seen, DI Alec Hardy is under a lot of stress and is running out of evidence. A young girl who reminds him of his daughter comes into his life unexpectedly. Alec learns that maybe he does need a hand to hold.

This short story is inspired by what I saw lately on instagram and other social media related to Good Omens' season 3 and its BTS, particularly, my creative flair was stimulated by the page @tennantism on instagram (love that page with both my body and soul I swear-) (also posted on ao3!!) In this one shot, Crowley's still dealing with the sense of emptiness that seems to be haunting him ever since Aziraphale left him for Heaven. While he tries to handle his contrasting feelings, something unexpected happens. Someone, a familiar face enters the bookshop, and meets his gaze. And perhaps, this time a nightingale might be singing in Berkley Square.

Rose Tyler is the daughter of arcade boss Pete Tyler in the seaside town of Broadchurch. Rose is in danger when Jack Harkness, Pete's arcade rival goes after her to get in on his plans for the town after DI Alec Hardy arrives and falls in love with Rose. Harkness's plan is going sour so he makes one last desperate attempt to get to Pete and is planning to get Hardy out of his way. Based loosely on 'Blackpool'

Author's Notes: This is an AU story set just after the events of season 1 and the rest of the seasons my version of events will probably vary wildly from the actual show. There isn't much you need to know before reading this, but if you haven't finished the first season, DO NOT read this story. It will spoil the killer. hii sillies!! i thought i would write a cool story about you solving broadchurches murders with Alec Hardy :D So yeah!!

Rose Tyler (who never met 'The Doctor') moved to Broadchurch 4 years ago. Her friend Ellie Miller goes on a holiday, telling Rose she's in for a promotion when she gets back but a male DI called Alec Hardy gets it instead. Ellie is gutted and sets out to hate the man until she introduces Rose to him and they fall in love. What will Rose do? Choose between Ellie or Ellie's boss?

Ellie pensa a Beth, a Mark, a Chloe e alle loro vite distrutte, ma soprattutto pensa a Danny, a quel bambino morto troppo presto e a come avrebbe potuto impedire che morisse se solo avesse visto. Chiude gli occhi e analizza ogni frammento, cercando quel qualcosa che, se fosse andato diversamente, avrebbe potuto cambiare le cose. Ellie sa che è inutile, che il passato non si cambia e che Danny non può tornare, non importa quanto ardentemente tutti loro lo desiderino, eppure non riesce a farne a meno, perché ci sono cose a cui non puoi non aggrapparti, anche se sai che ti consumeranno fino alle ossa e non lasceranno altro che cenere.

This is a idea I got after watching broadchurch and doctor who. So I decided to make a cross over fanfiction because why not? This is boy x boy kinda I guess. I just thought there weren't enough stories that had homosexual doctor who stuff in them. Idk. This is the story about James. A companion of the doctor. But after the doctor mysteriously disappeared James has been on his way through time and space to find him. Eventually landing him in broadchurch, a Scottish town near the sea. He meets Alec Hardy, a investigator, who painfully reminds him of his doctor. But if everything ends up alright?
