This story takes place four months after the destruction of the Sunnydale hellmouth, and Dawn Summers has relocated to a boarding school in North Wales. It's the first week of autumn, and Dawn has noticed something strange happening on campus. The teachers at school are locking doors at 3:50 pm, just before sunset, and students are going missing. When a her friend Paige goes missing, Dawn realises that it's connected to something much darker than she could've imagined. With the arrival of the Townsend family, who have moved into the Manor up the hill from the school, she becomes suspicious of them. But no one can get near the Townsend's place without an invite. So, when her roommate Sofie receives a handwritten invitation to one of their parties, Dawn convinces her not to go, taking the invite in her place. Dawn poses as Sofie. But she uncovers a long history tied to a pact with an ancient vampire. And that's not all. Buffy is just a phone call away, but Dawn decides to handle this one herself. And the question is, can she stop the Townsend's, or will she be the next victim?

She and her precocious watcher, William, are faced with a new mystery like nothing they've ever seen: a series of vampires found restrained and missing eyes, tongues, and other limbs. To further confuse the situation, a mysterious figure is sending letters to the Watcher's Council, signing off only as "The Læch." Who is experimenting on these vampires? Is it even Sarah's job to rescue them? And can she do so without meeting the final fate which all slayers must meet someday?

Ok I did not write this but found it online and it talks about spike and Buffy having a baby's if you may wish. It's mainly heat to make it easier for me to ready
