Diamond Stainfield is a devoted fan of Legends Of Tomorrow, residing with her father who copes with his sorrow by mistreating and exploiting her, consumed by anger, especially when he indulges in excessive drinking, escalating his aggression towards her. However, everything takes a turn when Diamond wishes upon a shooting star, and with some hesitation, she hopes to become a part of the adventures in the "Legends of Tomorrow" series, longing for a fresh start.
