A Field of Paper Blossoms
"In the dream, I was a protagonist. In reality, I was just a survivor."
Min-hee was the "Invisible Girl" of her high school, a ghost drifting through the hallways until a vibrant, turquoise-haired artist named Bit-na and a stoic "Prince" named Seo-jun pulled her into a world of gold leaf and eternal spring. Together, they are the "Trinity," working against the clock to paint a masterpiece for the festival of a lifetime. It is a world where love is a confession under a cherry tree and friendship is a bond that can stop time itself.
But the gold is beginning to flake. The sun is flickering. And a terrifying shadow-the Geurimja-is tearing through the canvas of her reality.
When the curtains finally fall, Min-hee wakes up to a world she doesn't recognize. The "Prince" is a grieving boy in a stained hoodie, the "Silver Teacher" is a mother broken by vigil, and Bit-na... Bit-na is a memory buried under the wreckage of a car accident twenty-two days ago.
Now, Min-hee must navigate a cold, grey February and decide if the "wealth" she found in her coma was a beautiful lie, or the very map she needs to find her way back to the boy who never let go of her hand.
