This is a fanfic on an addiction Grace Beauchamp and have and how Connie and Jacob deal with it. There will be a lot of emotional and realistic scenes in it so if that is something that you don't like to read I'd advice you not to. The reason the Eastenders character Lauren Branning is the cover is because I'm pretending that's what Grace looks like at 17.
