Kurt and the rest of the Hummel-Hudson family move to the other side of Ohio ater Carole got a job transfer. Even though they often visit Lima when they can it's not enough to keep Kurt and Blaine togther so they grow apart until they finally lose contact with each other. After a year and a half apart Kurt ends up in an abusive relationship with Drew. Will Kurt and Blaine's feeling for each other be enough to save a worn down, beaten, scarred and bruised Kurt? Or is it his heart that is really the thing thats wounded?

After a tragic car accident, Chris wakes up in the hospital, thinking that he was Kurt Hummel, the character he plays on Glee. Darren who was involved in the accident feels responsible and will stop at nothing to help find Chris a cure.

This fan-fic is based off the movie "The Vow" but now its Klaine version.
