Three years after the Merge, Arin (12) and Sora (11) struggle to survive in the Crossroads. Homeless, hungry, and forgotten, they'll have to rely on each other more than ever if they want to earn a future in a world that has already abandoned them.

Every choice creates another version of you. Across countless branching realities known as Strands, three factions fight to control the truth of human identity: The Eternal Nexus, ruled by the Mind; The Romantic Wanderers, guided by the Heart; and The Sovereign Titans, driven by the Will. At the centre of it all is a girl with no memory of who she is. She wakes inside a concrete room covered in questions, tally marks, and one symbol that follows her across every timeline: X Soon, she discovers that different versions of herself have lived, died, ruled, fought, and disappeared across centuries-and that all three factions are searching for the same thing: PROTOTYPE 01. Her. But the deeper she travels through time and fractured realities, the closer she gets to a forgotten fourth faction, 00 // HIXASHI, and a truth someone erased from existence: She may not have been created by the multiverse. She may have created it. And somewhere beyond time lies The Crossroad: the place every version of her was warned never to reach. Because the real question was never: Who am I? It was always: Who do I choose to become?

Some stories lean toward mystery, others toward speculative fiction or quiet reflection, but each explores the moment when a single choice, coincidence, or revelation changes everything. Each story stands alone and can be read in just a few minutes, with every tale under 1,500 words. These are the first few Chapters of my upcoming novel - A Period romance from the Second world war Poland to the present day Kerala. A Young Leah, devoid of any emotions in the Polish Concentration camps, finds herself in the crossroads, when she met Theo. Nalini finds herself in the hospital bed of the Srilankan Army base where she is being treated as a patient with the security all around given to a prisoner. Kiran and Jasmine are confused on the relationship they have which they developed recently, although they are together from their childhood. She had been all alone for 3 years now. Her mom had died of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 2 weeks after her 16th Birthday. Now she has no one. I know what your thinking "No miss writer person she had her friends she kept at a distance" No. Everyone else died 18 years ago in a meteor shower that peppered Earth if you weren't hit by it you felt the aftershock, the sickness, or the heat. Her mother had planned for this so after the broadcast warning she left only to emerge 4 months later to find nothing. Nothing at all.

I just graduate University and am ready to enter the next phase of my life. Life is always a treacherous and yet exciting journey that each and every one of us must face. A sonnet that I wrote after reading Robert Frost's "The Road Not Taken"

Sophia Monroe Backer is a typical rich girl. Her mother Josie is an international fashion designer and her father William is the mayor of their small town of Rockland, Maine. She got handed everything to her. Her mother was always out of town ans that made her relationship with her father grown. Liam Oliver James is the complete opposite. He had to start working at a young age to provide for his younger sister Lydia. His parents split when he was in middle school and that forced him to mow his neighbors lawns for money until he was old enough to get a real job. His father Jackson worked as an electrician and he had to travel all around Maine for work. His mother Maria didn't take the divorce well. She started with drinking but soon switched to drugs. She spent all of the money Jackson sends to her for the kids to support her habits. Once Liam and Sophia got to high school, Sophia was consumed by the urge to be popular and fit in. Liam didn't care about any of that. He just wanted to make sure his sister was taken care of. Liam and Sophia got into a huge fight and ended up not talking to each other ever again. The rest of Liams high school years where rough while Sophia lived the dream life of a rich teenager. What happens when they cross paths again in the future? Will they end up pick up right where they left off or will they have to regain each others trust? Read to find out more.
