Mel saves everyone after the season 1 finale but she falls into a coma, Jayce doesn't handle it well. MELJAY (with a hint of jayvik and melvik, but meljay is the endgame). A season 2 AU/Canon divergence in which Jayce literally becomes dictator Caitlyn.

Viktor had mastered the art of goodbyes. He never took too much time, but he also never rushed through the moment. He wasn't indifferent, and always expressed his emotions out loud. Yet, he wasn't too cheesy or cliché with his words and avoided exaggerated displays of affection. For Viktor, goodbyes were about leaving his loved ones with genuine and beautiful smiles. Jayce was the type to miss people really easily. And Intensely. He was the type of friend who would sprint down the corridors, yelling exuberantly when he saw his friends after a summer break. That was one of the first things Viktor learnt about Jayce, when they first met. So the fact that Jayce was not here to greet his friends and brighten everyone's morning was unusual, to say the least. It didn't add up. And Viktor couldn't shake the guilt he felt. "Maybe it is your fault, you idiot." The thought kept running through his head. Or in other words, where Viktor tries to fix the relationship he had broken. This is a story based off of arcane , it is based on the two characters vi and caitlyn , shares the two sides of their storys and the beginning of their romance , it is a high school au , it's about the two lovers who start off as friends and may have some rough patches and might end up together. TW 𖤗 - sh and suicidal thoughts will be included in a chapter but the chapter will have the warning on it. It also will have some internal homohobia / figuring out sexuality involded in it.

After an accident leaves Vi in bedrest, she sends Caitlyn to try and talk to Jinx. Angst and bonding ensue. Things get better. This is definitely comfort fanfiction because the finale left me emotionally wrecked. Cover by me.
