Two hundred years in the future, Earth's rural lands have all but disappeared. The rest of the planet's surface is one huge city called Metropola. The only place on Earth where no one from Metropola has gone is called Hatari Island. It is located in the south pacific and served as a breeding ground for genetic experimentation in the twenty-second century. Its megafauna is unlike anything the planet has ever seen before. However, there are people on the island, called the Kupata, who have been there for as long as anyone can remember. They still live the old way and shoot bows and arrows and gather their food. But the island is not what it seems. Pretending to be shareholders in a science program on the island, the world's richest men are using the island for something terrible. Something the natives call "Thunder Season." Into this world comes Bahati. Bahati was born on the island and wear the claw of the most powerful beast on the island around his neck. He, like the rest of his people, does not know anything about the existence of Metropola and its people. He has never seen those who come to the island from that place. One day, however, he meets a shipwreck victim named James Goodman, who tells him about the rest of the world. James quickly figures out the island's true purpose and he and Bahati escape with a ragtag band of rebels to tell the rest of the world about the atrocities there. Together, they seek the help of the Metropola council and campaign for the Kupatas' freedom. Unfortunately, a strange twist of events sends Bahati back to the island. There, he is subject to the hardest test he has ever had to pass. Losing will mean certain death. Winning will mean freedom for all his people.

Here, you have two options: To search, or to settle. When random marks appear on your skin, would you read into it, or pray it goes away? Levee Diaz, a settling, gender fluid teenager is just hoping to skid past high school and into college, so when the marks appear on his skin, he ignores them. But Olive Kelley won't give up. When Levee finds strange, searing marks on their leg, they're suddenly very interested in finding Olive, hoping to get to the bottom of his self harm. But Olive is now focused on very different things; His favourite place in the world is now being destroyed, the beauty ripped up and replaced with cobble drives and plaster walls. Anyone with a functioning set of eyes could tell you that Daphne Darlington is the perfect candidate for the role of Glinda Upton in Pearson Highs' production of Wicked. She's equipped with perfectly pouty pink lips, a voice that can hit even the highest notes and luscious strawberry blonde hair. Not to mention that she's spent her entire high school life playing dumb. The role should be a piece of cake. That is until her ex boyfriend, her best friend and the dorky guy from her math class all decide to audition. Who knew a school musical could be this complicated? There are two types of life after death. You can either become a ghost or begin another life. After that, you can choose what type of ghost you want to be. You could haunt the living, try and scare them or even try to communicate with them. Or, you can become a guardian. No, not a guardian angel, just a guardian. Just watching over a living person, help them make decisions in life and be there for them when they die.

    >Paper Towns. Do you know the story? >No I don't. It's really very good. Basically there's this guy and he's known this girl for a while, Margo. Eventually they drift apart and then one night, she appears in his room and it turns out her boyfriend was cheating and so she drags him along one a night of revenge. That's all I am going to say. In a lot of ways, the story that I am telling you reflects theirs. The less than average boy pining for the larger than life girl and him chasing after her. >Why were you chasing her? Where was she going? >We were addicts. I was addicted to her, and she was addicted, following anything and everything that could cure her boredom. [a/n] This is a rough draft, so if i have any plot holes or grammar slip ups, please tell me c: so that I can change it if i get some spare time. Keeva. x
