James quickly figures out the island's true purpose and he and Bahati escape with a ragtag band of rebels to tell the rest of the world about the atrocities there. Together, they seek the help of the Metropola council and campaign for the Kupatas' freedom. Unfortunately, a strange twist of events sends Bahati back to the island. There, he is subject to the hardest test he has ever had to pass. Losing will mean certain death. Camp NaNoWriMo April 2019 Edition! *clears throat* CAMP CAMP CAMP CAMP CAMP CAMP! Anyway your girl is back writing for Camp National Novel Writing Month. My goal is 25,000 words, a little less than half of what I wrote for the actual National Novel Writing Month. I plan on doing one shots (maybe some longer multi chapter stories too) for the Misfits/Gay Baby Gang and the Reddit Crew. For those of you who don't know, the Misfits are SwaggerSouls, Fitz, iNoToRiOuS, Zuckles, McCreamy, TobyontheTele, Raccooneggs, and SoGrizzy. The Reddit Crew is BluesDank, Kwite, WildSpartanz, Hoover, KingAni, Kappa, FPSDiesel, QuackityHQ, and Aksel. I plan to update on Archive of Our Own (AO3) and also on here because I can. While I plan to write every day, I may not update every day because I do tend to write long things and I am a sucker for making people wait. The Archive does have seperate fandoms for these two so I will separate them. - Please feel free to send requests! The Devil Wears Prada meets White Collar. Kalypso Queen, twenty-three years old and Vice President of Capello International's subsidiary, Capello Wine Company, wears three expressions: rage, annoyance, and coldness. Young, brilliant, blue-blooded, and demanding, she is disliked by most. Special Agent Brandon Prince is replacing the murderer vintner. Knowing that Kalypso Queen is the number one suspect, he investigates her and is intrigued by her aloof personality. But when he truly knows her, he begins to doubt his superior's suspicions of Miss Queen. Murder. Romance. Deceit. Greed. Who murdered the previous vintner? And why is there a trail of dead bodies no matter where Kalypso Queen goes?

While others lived in a world where the public display of affection was allowed, they lived in a world where it was forbidden - forbidden because of the past animosities between their two hidden villages, yet also because of their political positions within said villages. Disclaimer - I don't own Naruto. This story is written for Open Novella 2020. The prompt which inspired the story is prompt sixty-two, "they lived in a world where the public display of affection was forbidden. One day, they slipped up and held hands on the street."

Zefra is a shrine keeper in the capital city of Ehram. Far away from home, she devotes her time to the shrines of the gods. But there is trouble brewing. The Kingdom of Ehlil has turned its back on the gods, and the Glassmakers have grown their influence. Their wonders provide a distraction from bigger problems, and the gods grow displeased by their influence. Aspects of Sand is a fantasy novel written for Camp NaNo in April 2021. This is the first version of it, pre-revision. I started writing two days early, on March 30, to give myself some room so that what you're reading isn't a rough first draft so much as a story revisited after a couple days of consideration, but there will still be a lot of rough edges. This year's theme is zombies, though it's technically optional. You'll find that Aspects of Sand is a traditional fantasy story with zombies, but it's not focused on the overt horror elements of zombie fiction so much as using them as a story tool. I'm also not much for gore, so expect the zombie scenes to be "mild" compared to what you might see elsewhere. I'm working from an outline that has a more or less cover-to-cover complete plot, so I expect to complete Aspects of Sand within the month (or at least be over the 50,000 word threshold to be called a novel), but remember that what you're seeing isn't a finished novel. Although this is the first novel I'm making publicly available, it is actually my third novel. If you have questions or feedback, leave them in comments! I'm writing this very quickly and many things have probably escaped my notice.
