Campnanowrimo Stories

Book 6 of the Mengcheng Dreaming series and the Third Camp Nanowrimo Spin-Off. This novella takes place between the events in "Rock Dog: The Songs We Sing" and "Zitti e Buoni: A Rock Dog-Spycies Story". The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a two-month lockdown in Rock Dog's hometown of Mengcheng, but nothing, not even a pandemic, can not stop them from hosting their first ever free online concert from their concert. Rated PG for some mature language and released in celebration of the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest, to take place in Rotterdam, The Netherlands on 18, 20 and 22 May 2021. There is always room for a second chance at romance, although the past gets in the way. The great war, that's what they called it. It killed almost half the world's species of wolves. One of those wolves was her mate, but she was almost thankful for that. The other option, watching him reject her and move onto his secret lover, almost seemed even more painful. But again, almost half the world's species of wolves was gone. And the king released a new order to help repopulate. And this meant that she would be assigned a new male to raise a pup with. And she's trying her best to stay positive.

A cute love story between two completely opposite girls. Erin is bored of her plain life. She hates being told what to do and seeks adventure when she moves to Marble Hills to join the sixth form of her choice. Instead of going with the typical popular people in the school she goes for the girl determined to ignore the world with her music. Alex acts like she doesn't care what people say behind her back or to her face, but in reality she just wants to be accepted for who she is. She buries herself in the thumping of drums, strumming of guitars and the lyrics of songs to get through each day.

Right, so I don't have a proper title, you know why?? Because I haven't written this out properly yet. SO WHY THE HELL WOULD I HAVE A PROPER DESCRIPTION FOR IT?! The government is planning something to stop a disease from spreading. This disease is called Tunnams. Tunnams is a disease that which will make the person infected start basically going crazy. Things happen to them that never happened before and new problems enter their life. Natalie moves to London where Sophia is and learns about this disease. Little do the two of them know that the government is trying to use this disease to control everyone and also the government caused it by releasing chemicals into the air and those chemicals entering the lungs of the public? This chemical is Mercury. The government ends up trying to put these people in hospitals and psych wards. When multiple people go missing from school, Sophia and Natalie notice and end up doing something about it.

Imagine a world where the chicken never thought about crossing the road. A place where technology doesn’t exist. No, not ‘caveman times’. Right now – yes, your little corner of the world. Imagine if you were growing up in this exact same era, yet things are completely different than how you are used to them being. For just a moment, close your eyes and pretend that you aren’t completely human. Imagine some parallel universe in which you live a completely different life. Two different identities residing in two separate universes that never met. Is that plausible? Well, does part of you wish for it to be true? Yes? Then, it’s definitely plausible. Anything is. Oh, so now you are dreaming of such a universe and such a lifestyle. Well, dream on, my child, and never do stop. **** Two different worlds are invading the spacious universe, yet one lies in a parallel universe from the other. Earth – the world that all is familiar with. It’s normal and can sometimes be called ‘boring’. On Earth, on the exuberant street of Kenyon Ave. lies a small local restaurant where all of the teenagers and ‘hipsters’ cling to – Kenyon Burgers and Fries (K. B. F.). There is a door in the back room of the restaurant that has been locked with the key lost for centuries. No one knows, but behind that door lies a parallel universe – Elmwood. This universe is none like the one you know – the internet is not a thing that exists there, but why would Elmwoodians need it? They have magic. Yes, as in witchcraft and wizardry. Elmwood is everything but what you would expect.
