All that goes out the window when the reaper in charge of the Shinjuku district in Tokyo goes on strike. What was supposed to be a simple "catch-the-reaper" mission grows complicated when he accidentally gets run over by a motorbike. Next thing Death knows, he is being detained to a bed by the motorbike rider - a (cute) med student. If that wasn't bad enough, he makes the terrifying discovery that an all-cupcake diet just won't cut it for the human body. Pity.
