Isla Dunne, victor of the 73rd Hunger Games, can tell something is off after last year's games. They had tipped the scales, thanks to the two District 12 victors, and she can feel a shift happening in the districts. Because of this, she isn't surprised by the Quarter Quell announcement. The one condemning all past victors to be re-reaped, knowing that the Capitol will do anything in their power to regain control. However, this means Isla now finds herself thrown back into the very games she thought she had left behind, just to save someone she once hated with every fibre of her being.

The Aethereon family has remained unconquered by the foreign lands and other kins for countless myriad centuries as it holds the greatest prized possessions of the Aethereon Dynasty, the Grand Felidonts- scaled beasts that even the dragons wouldn't dare to fight. Changing the heraldry of the Aethereon kingdom from a roaring bust of a Felidont with bared fangs to the grand tusk carried the day by the majority of councilmen in the king's court long years ago. A heraldry that is foreign to the royal family to this very day yet a cloth of silver lining for some covert defectors in hope of overpowering the royal family, one would later realize that the threats of destruction lies from within, and that is the sole princess of the realm named Vhenees VII.

She is known to the Capital as 'The girl with the pearl heart' originally 'The girl with the pure heart' but considering she is from District 4, they did a play on words for humour's sake, and it stuck. -I do not own The Hunger Games nor the charters except Amelia Tompkins and other OC.- *NOT ABANDONED!!!
