"Unpleasant Employees"-those who casually hurl complaints and sarcasm-became difficult to approach for task requests. As a result, they quietly avoided shared responsibilities, while agreeable employees-the ones easy to ask-found collective duties piling onto their shoulders. This structural imbalance was discovered to be a major drag on operational efficiency. Soon, the unpleasantness and "cunningness" of such employees were quantified into measurable indices. When those values exceeded a defined threshold, intervention was triggered. Enter the Mediator-an intermediary unfazed by complaints or sarcasm-tasked with stepping in and compelling Unpleasant Employees to carry out their share of responsibilities. Thus began a new corporate system where personality itself became subject to management. The author of this work is GOTOU Humihiko(https://gthmhk.gitlab.io/gthmhk/isnmg.html). Written for Klapollo Week 2021 with prompts set by @klapollo-week on Tumblr. Day 7: Catharsis The re-trial has been a mess. It opened wounds that never should have existed. And it left stitches that could never heal. Twice now, Apollo had brought Kristoph to the stand. But, Klavier is convinced it wasn't this bad, that something worse was at play, and that his brother wasn't a murderer. Apollo is bad at poker, but he knows now that some cards were dealt under the table. He doubts, but still tries to alleviate Klavier that maybe this next one wasn't covered in blood.

Some wounds will never heal... Letters she will never read, written over a time span of 5 years. . . Published in chronological order, except for the first one - that one was added later but written somewhere at the end of the 2nd year. . . . All of these poems have already been published before in my random poetry collection Poetry For The Poisoned, yet it was time to put them together in a book of their own.

Just a collection of the poetry I write, though be aware that because this is about my life and my experiences, this will likely touch on topics such as loneliness, despair, feeling out of place, chronic dissatisfaction with life, and self destructive tendencies and actions.

The Hollow & The Flame is a haunting tale of a broken clown, a fire-dancer, and the final performance of a cursed circus. As reality blurs and old wounds bleed under the spotlight, Kodi must face the ghosts behind his painted frown-and decide if healing is worth the fall.

Heroes.... Once, they are named as such for being paragons of virtue but there was a time when Heroes are actually just as villainous in spite of their name... Mostly because these Heroes are famous for the strength and ability to kill monsters... And that is what they are... They are nothing but racist murderers who kill innocent non-human beings and get all the fame, glory, fortune and popularity from it.... Mommy, doesn't like that at all... And now, the Mother of Monsters has come to protect her children from the many bullies that comes to them... And she knows how to exact her discipline against said bullies... "This just put a smile on my face.-
