Shooting lasers from your eyes, changing the weather at will, controlling the elements, flying or even reproducing clones during battle are just a few of a hero's possible superpowers to save the day. But... This story isn't just about a random hero in a random city. Shizuo Heiwajima isn't someone you'd call, ordinary. He is Ikebukuro's strongest man. He could also be the most violent one. Because of those... He's also the most brooding and tormented guy around. But, he never lets anyone see through his blue shades so even his friends, nor Izaya, doesn't know about what's really inside the tough and indestructible Shizuo. Sato Hoshizora is just an ordinary girl. She's just like every girl in Ikebukuro. She could also be easily ignored and unnotice. Because of that... She's the most observant and kind stranger in town. But being the way she is, most people who meet her appreciate her but eventually forget about her. When Shizuo met Sato, two incomplete puzzles will become one.

A girl moves back to her hometown, Ikeburko after a long stay in Canada and connects with some of her friends and family.. But Ikeburko isn't how it once was anymore.. Or at least how she remembered it to be. New people arrived, and the ones that have been scoping in the shadows have been finally revealed. What could possibly go wrong?
