You can't differentiate between reality and your dreams because both re equally bad if not slightly worse. You are waging a mental battle against an opponent you created. And in it all, you are surely ready to be institutionalized. Where everything is a fabrication. Every whisper a painful lie. Every sight a distortion. And every friendship a psychotic one.
