Though she lives by the same faith of the Church of Night, she is looked down upon for her nonmagical abilities. That doesn't stop her from being by her sister's side through everything.

As such, she ultimately chose to not sign her name in the Book of the Beast, which was what everybody was afraid of. Now to everyone in the Church of Night except for her two adopted aunts Zelda and Hilda, and her cousin Ambrose, everyone believes that the Lost Wolf Child was only a myth. Even rarer than the Lost Wolf Child 'myth' is a familiar, that takes the shape of a wolf. It was said that only the most powerful of witches or warlocks could ever maintain such a balance, between their Light and their Darkness to have a wolf familiar as their own.
