Beca, 24, has been in the army for six years now. She enlisted right after her mother's death and has been pretty lonely since then. Chloe, 26, is an elementary school teacher and her life hasn't been going well lately. When she starts a 'Write a Soldier' project in one of her classes, her kids convince her to take part in it herself.
