Pranks have always been the source of entertainment for Gabe Clovis and Lance Markson. But when they decided to do it on Rose Gilson, it was one they would truly regret.
"Guys! Where are you?!" Came Rose's irked voice.
"Just try to find us. Lance looks like he's gonna pass out." Gabe tried to sound desperate but both he and Lance were holding in fits of laughter. They couldn't believe Rose really thought they were in trouble.
It was then they realized their small prank turned out to be a big problem.
"What have you two gotten yourselves into again? Do you know how-" Rose's voice was cut short as a gasp echoed through the other side of the phone followed by a thud and sounds of protest. What sounded like a car door opening and closing were heard.
Then it was silent.
"Rose?" Gabe felt alarmed. "Rose! Hey, what's going on in there?"
Someone breathed on the other side of the phone and a deep chuckle reverted. It was definetley not Rose. "If you want to see your friend again, I guess some money for exchange is not too much. We'll contact you... soon."
There was a click and the phone call ended.
So here are a collection of poems inspired by stories whispered or stories told. Here are to those going through tough times and to get better. Here are to those that are at their peak and to keep up their good work.
***PLEASE IGNORE THE LETTERS THAT MAY BE IN PARENTHESIS. THESE POEMS ARE ALSO,later on, TURNED TO SONGS AND THOSE LETTERS REMIND ME WHAT I PLAY CX****
With every thought in the days of my life, I became aware that I wasn't okay. I knew that I was a lost cause and that I desperately searched for love in all the wrong places. With every break up came a new scar and this is my way of keeping the scars off of me. So I write and I write until I become satisfied with my work. It's something about writing to a bunch of people who will probably never see it then keeping it closed up that makes a insane girl. Sane.
