an anime roleplay that the fictional town of hikarizaka, japan in the year 2003. previously a small town, it has been steadily growing into a small city due to the expansion into nearby natural biomes. the town is based from the town of the same name in the anime and visual novel clannad. this roleplay does technically take place in the clannad universe, but is only relevant as a basis to the setting and time periodd. you don't need to have any knowledge of the source material to participate. the actual roleplay takes place in a seperate universe to clannad canon, with completely different stories and development that are up to the roleplayers.

My sequel to Neo-Misteranderson's I Couldn't Live Without You. Set in an alternate Clannad universe which diverges from canon three years after Nagisa's death. Seventeen-year-old Ushio Okazaki is a student at Hikarizaka High School who never knew either of her parents. Her mother died when she gave birth to her and her father was absent until he also died when she was three. But she has her loving grandparents, Sanae and Akio Furukawa, to look after her and run her bakery home where she works part time, and she is also on good terms with "Aunts" Ryou and Kyou and "Uncle" Sunohara. But one day at school, she overhears a conversation that triggers repressed memories of her past, and her happy life with her grandparents is turned upside down! Will Ushio ever see her grandparents the same way again?
