Apesar de não ter sido intencional, o texto subsequente pode sim ser associado à Macabéa, personagem de "A Hora da Estrela" de Clarice Lispector, visto que a mesma era vista por aqueles que a circundavam sempre com um olhar de estranhamento e rejeição. Além disso, o uso simbólico dos cavalos pode ser associado ao conto "Seco estudo de Cavalos", também de Clarice, onde a mesma atribui um simbolismo de liberdade a esses animais. A short story I wrote about a couple writing letters back in forth to each other. I'll make it a longer novel if I get 10 comments saying I sound. Any feedback and positive comments are appericate.

Gabriella Dawson is a paramedic at Firehouse 51 who is dating her boyfriend of 10 months Matthew Casey who is a Firefighter. Leslie Shay is a Detective working with the Intelligence Unit and is dating her girlfriend of two years Clarice. When Gabby and Leslie met sparks fly, but will they be able to overcome whatever gets thrown at them? Please Read and Comment!

They say time flies, but her mind keeps breaking its wings. Clarice Hutchinson gave him a second chance, and now she's living on the edge of an abyss. She's breathless with him, and can't live without him. He makes her feel complete, but does he really treat her that well? And that's when he asked her for that second chance to restart their friendship. That second chance was the reason why she can't help herself from falling in love with him. She tried to program her mind to ignore the truth, but when she realizes that she's just lying to herself, many other mysteries start to unravel. She finds out that Dan doesn't feel the same way (friendship wise and relationship wise), and now, Clarice is left miserable in this one way friendship, one way love... Every now and then, Clarice would think to herself, and tell herself the words she couldn't dare to say in front of Dan. Every now and then, she expresses the feelings buried deep inside her heart.
