Children of Thanatos are possibly one of the rarest demigods out there. The odd time Thanatos does have a relationship with a mortal, the child often never passes into the realm of the living, instead going straight to their father. An even rarer case, is when the child does pass to the world of living and can sustain themselves there without causing immediate harm to their surroundings. Xevia Croft is one of these children. She's the first and only one in a very, very long time. Born not of anticipation, but her mother trading her life for her child's.
