Commander Blue is the first female clone commander; even though none of the other clones knows her identity. Yoda, Obi Wan, Plokoon, and Mace Windu have decided to test out their new female clone troopers in secret. "The new clones are supposed to have a more independent intelligence and sharper reflexes." Ahsoka gets called by the Jedi council to do a top secret job. This job is out of the ordinary and when Jedi master Yoda tells her her and most of the council members that didn't know about it are surprised. And not only that but it will be her first job with out her master

Shadow Squad has been assigned to investigate a missing clone unit on Endor but when they find the unit they realise there is something much more sinister in the forest with them. This story does not follow the story of Star Wars since I put clones on Endor but I hope you enjoy the story none the less. I do not own the rights to any of the star wars franchise.
