Rita had never been to Castlerock before, but she'd grown up somewhere very similar. After her Mom died she realised she needed out of the town and fled somewhere she could start again. New York City. But when Rita discovers something she shouldn't she runs again. With few options to pick from she heads to her Mom's home town in hopes of disappearing. Instead of a new start she runs head first into Ace Merrill instead. She does her best to avoid him but he doesn't give up easy. But can she really stay hidden forever? What happens when the past comes calling?

I watched the boys splash around in the water, Eyeball and Ace currently trying to drown each other but all my attention was fixed on the Radio as they spilled on about the Ray Brower story. I slammed my hand on the power button, turning it off and leaving me with nothing but the sounds of the Cobra's yelling. "You just have to wait one more day, Ray. Then I'll find you. Things started going down hill with all of us after my parents died and after Darry got in a huge fight with his girlfriend Baby. Dally gets into really bad knife fight and Darry is trying to send me away but this time Soda and Pony might not be able to stop it. A lot of things are going on and I don't know what to do after I loose quiet a few people just not really the people you expect. This story has a lot of your favorite 80s movie characters. Hi, I'm Y/n Y/l/n, 16 almost 17, me and my mom lived in LA California almost our hole lives with my grandmother until we had to move to Florida for my moms new nursing job. When we left LA I had to leave all my childhood friends behind, there were five of them, Dutch, Bobby, Tommy, Jimmy and my best friend out of all of them Johnny Lawrence. Johnny was my first friend out of all of them so we were closer than the rest of em, we also understood each other more. My dad died when I was 6, that is when we moved to LA with our grandmother and that day we moved, is the day I met Johnny. Freshmen year is when we left LA and after 2 years of being gone I am moving back for senior year! *Some parts of the story follow the Karate Kid story line but others do not!! The first chapter is also based more off the travel to LA, after that the guys show up more.*
