Imagine a world where you thought that you were normal and that everyone else around you was normal. You all had no clue where your parents were, if they were alive or dead. You lived in suspense of not knowing, but had somehow moved on to accept that you were alone in life in regards to family. BUT, what if one talk led by Elder Solon made you question your whole existence? And you realised that perhaps you were being hidden from something to protect you or to protect others. * * * Amy Hart thought she was normal - human at least. But her tale then veered off course to one that she herself had not been prepared for. How could she? It wasn't exactly something she had been expecting. She is a vampire. Or at least will be at the point of her turning. But until that point, she has to be trained with her fellow students - pushed to the utmost of her limits - to see if they could become fully fledged vampires. She is thrown into the deep end when it emerges that she could potentially be the only person that an entire race solely depended on. How many people would she have to lose to take up the position of importance for either good or evil? Her choice is difficult as they both offer her a place in their ranks, but for completely different reasons. Who will she choose and could it potentially change the whole meaning of life as they know it? Will power corrupt her mind as it had done for so many previously? But will losing people that she loves make her see that maybe the choice wasn't so difficult to begin with? And who will she fall for? Her brilliant-minded best friend, Robert? This is just a short story thingy that I did for my English class but I really liked it so I thought y'all might enjoy it. Nothing will come of this. No more chapters.
