A little backround info on the OC is that he's name is Shisui (unoriginal, I couldn't think of anything else) he has dark green hair and he is really strong. He is the captain of the "Scar pirates" because of his scar on his Face. More info will be revealed as the story goes on. I will add the crew's details after the first part, so it will be kinda confusing(sorry). This will be mostly based on him and his crew.
