I died alone in a hospital bed after three months of doing nothing but planning dungeon management games in my head. For ninety days, I lay in that room and listened to a voice nobody else could hear. I thought I was losing my mind. I had nothing to do but invent. Every floor of my imagined dungeon. Every retention mechanic. Every reward curve. The voice kept whispering, calm and patient, asking if I would like to try again. I said yes the moment my body stopped working. The voice belonged to a small demon girl with pale eyes and wavy hair, who explained, very politely, that I had been reincarnated as a dungeon master. My job was simple. Lure adventurers into my dungeon. Drain their blood, their magic, and their lives. I had a different idea. I built a hot spring on the first floor. Skin-clearing water. Free. No traps. No monsters guarding it. The first two knights to enter laughed at how harmless it looked and reported my dungeon as unremarkable. A few days later their skin had cleared so visibly that two hundred and fifty female knights stormed in the next morning and started fighting each other for access to the bath. The chaos generated more dungeon points in one day than the entire previous floor count had earned across forty years. I deployed every point overnight. By the time anyone above ground noticed, my dungeon had grown a second floor. This is the story of the dungeon nobody understood until it was already too late. This novel is based on a synopsis in a "YouTube Short", I wanted a complete story, so I am writing it.
